The fitness classses are designed in a way that participants learn to use movement as a means of slef-preservation to feel whole ( mind and body), and not as means of punishment. The aim is to create an opportunity where mums can bring their little ones to a session, in a safe environment without having to worry about child care. A key objective is to help women feel confident during any period of life, and motivate them to become fitter, healthier, stronger versions of themselves. Physical fitness and well-being should be at the forefront of their life journeys. The aim is to help ensure fit and healthy lives, and promote well-being in our rural communities.
