Creative Catalyst is specifically targeted at young creative individuals who need support and signposting to develop their confidence in their creative abilities. Creative Catalyst offers:

- Bespoke mentoring programme for young people (+16 Neet)
- Supporting and signposting YPs into work experience and creative careers
All these experiences offer an insight into jobs and careers in the creative industry sector, alongside supporting the health and wellbeing of individuals who have struggled to find support to develop their skills and ideas.
