Dance for Life was developed for people full of good intentions to become less sedentary and increase their fitness but finding it hard to stick to an exercise regime.
Classes began in the Strathearn location, they focussed on the enjoyable aspect of dance and improving fitness in a fun way. The classes are suitable for all levels and no previous experience is required. Since Covid-19 restrictions at the beginning of 2020. all classes are online via Zoom. Participants have adapted very well to this way of exercising. It's good to have a regular routine and it's fun catching up with others with a bit of a chat before and after the class.
