Little Larder opened in May 2021 and echoes the Four Seasons' vision of bringing the outside in by reflecting the four corners of Scotland.
With delicacies foraged locally and made into yummy chutneys and ketchups as well as pies made from local Perthshire beef, and Loch Etive trout smoked and cured in the hotel's kitchens, the Four Seasons' chefs have been busy.
There is a nod to Chef Ian’s past life with Bakewell puddings and he has experimented with Matcha Tea Blondies as well as more traditional Double Chocolate Brownies amongst other sweet treats.
For those with limited time in the area, Little Larder has brought some of the best of Scotland for you to sample including, Orkney jeweller, Celina Rupp, Dundee’s Oor Willie and Stirling’s GraceChocolate to the banks of Loch Earn. They hope something for everyone!
