Slàinte Sauces have a range of sweet flavours from Rum & Salted caramel, Whisky with Raspberry and Vanilla (cranachan in a bottle), Gin & Cranberry, Chocolate Amaretto, Strawberry Daiquiri plus many more, delicious over desserts, fruits, in puddings and can even be used as a cocktail mixer. The white chocolate & raspberry martini sauce is fantastic mixed with Prosecco.
The savoury range includes Port,Cherry and Black pepper perfect over burgers, game and Stilton, while the spicy Tequila and whisky with lemon & chilli are a fabulous match for seafood.
Launched last year during lockdown from the small west coast island of Lismore selling online and in various small delis and farm shops
