Moira Newiss suffered from burnout and chronic fatigue whilst working as a senior manager in the NHS. She fully recovered using a variety of holistic lifestyle practices including nutrition. Moira became fascinated with how our modern lifestyle negatively impacts the energy production processes in the body and in particular the health of the mitochondria, the tiny organelles in cells that make our energy. She now uses nutrition and lifestyle medicine to help other people recover from chronic fatigue, she helps them get back to work, physical activity, family life and lead a full life again.
